Appreciation Letter From Mr Larry
Hi Ankit,
Our chalk arrived safely yesterday! Your packing job was excellent, and all seven boxes arrived with the product intact.
First, I wanted to compliment you on the product you have produced. The appearance, quality, and packaging are all first rate.
Also, I greatly appreciate that you have installed the paper wrapper on the chalk. I hadn''t anticipated that you would do so. That wrapper will help us tremendously, since the black chalk tends to rub off of children''s fingers, which they don''t like.

When we first started working together, we decided to go with one half the sample as black and one half as dark gray. I wanted to do this in case the properties of the two chalks would be different in some way. This turned out to be true. The black chalk you prepared works very well on our surface (please see attachment). However, the gray chalk does not write well on the same surface (please see attachment).
It is very interesting that these two chalk sticks have such different properties. The gray (appears) to be harder for some reason.
We will begin selling the black chalk with our product. Next time I will order only the black color.
I have enjoyed working with you very much to produce the chalk and will keep in touch. Hopefully, soon we will need to order more.
Thank you again also for applying the paper wrapper. This will make a HUGE difference in the quality of our product.
